Aerial Silks Split Drop

THIS DROP IS DANGEROUS! There is more to it than can be seen in this video! ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Drops and tricks on aerial silks/hammock are dangerous!! This is NOT meant to be a complete tutorial of how to perform these moves safely! This is meant as a refresher for those who have trained with an instructor. Always practice under the direct supervision of an experienced and certified aerial instructor. There is a lot more to these wraps than you can see on a video.
