I was born in Memphis, TN. but grew up in Forrest City, AR. I love you guys and gals and appreciate your witness on here. I found Jesus and accepted Him in a parking lot of a Big Star grocery store. I was 7 years old and my Momma was in the store shopping btw, I am 68 years of age at this moment. Back then, she could leave me in the car and nobody worried about it. She was just running in for a couple of things and we knew everybody in town anyway. My Dad was a cop and she was an R.N. My point in all this is that I had just seen a dog get hit and killed on the highway and I thought, what if that had been me? Go figure, a 7 year old mind right?!?!?!? Anyway, I accepted Christ there in that parking lot and I remember her asking me, "Why are you crying?" It was the Holy Spirit but I didn't know that at the time. I was baptized at The First Baptist Church that next Sunday! It took me several years later to understand that but I met Jesus again on the mission field in Honduras in the early 90's. Like I said, Love y'all!!! One more thing? Allen, why are you the one who always has to do the commercials??? LOL

Doesn’t always have to be “church”. We’re the church, not a brick and mortar building. Constant small group Bible studies is where I learn, grow etc. Keep fighting the good fight 🤙✝️
