Celine Dion recorded this Version of "Dance With My Father" in 2005 for the Various Artists Album "An All-Star Tribute to Luther Vandross". Video Produced by Gerry Galligan. The Song was written by Luther Vandross and Richard Marx and released in 2003 on Vandross's Album of the Same Name. Vandross co wrote the song based on his personal experience. Its poignant lyrics recall childhood memories with Vandross' father, who used to dance with his mother. Despite the lack of promotion due in part to Vandross' hospitalization, "Dance with My Father" became one of the most requested songs at the time. This song will play at my 30 yr wedding vow renewal on Nov 22, 2014. It will play right before I walk down the aisle. I was my Dad's baby. He died a sudden death March 19, 2006. We will have a picture of him &  my father in law on pedestals.

This song is for my father Philip Toledo i want to dedicated for him.He died last January 16, 2016 at the age of 65.It was very sad moment cause i didn't see him when he die I'm far from him because of my work. Today would have been my dad's 90th birthday. We lost him last December . I miss him so very much! He loved to dance, and we would always dance together at weddings and on holidays, or just because. Thank you for posting this beautiful video! I can't stop crying. :'(
