_"It's no longer a one-way dialogue"_ There speaks someone who's never learned basic Latin - dialogue has _never_ been one-way; it's an impossibility! Dialogue literally means *a conversation between two or more people*. How do these people get these high-paying roles, when they don't even understand what they're saying? 🙄
