That last one was an OVA? It has 110 episodes! How the hell was that a home video series, but still had enough funding for 110 episodes? No way that would happen today.

Is Terra e... a remake of another anime or something because I purchased a VHS tape of an anime with the exact same plot(The VHS contained 2 episodes if I remember correctly) as a kid and it was awesome!!!!. What was weird tho is that it was subbed in English and dubbed in Spanish I also purchased another tape with it which was Urotsukidōji what was also dubbed in a weird language might have been the language of the toads (French) and subbed in English

Great List.
I disagree, Code Gears above of Batteship Yamato and Ghost in The shell and FMAB in 2nd, Fullmetal is one of the best anime, but definily isn't 2nd Military.
And HELL YEAH, Legend of Galactic Heroes deserves.

A lot of this shows are not really "military" anime, but is a fine list (Legend of the galactic heroes was an obvious number 1)

I don't think it's right to group all of the Gundam franchise into one thing because most of them (or at least a good amount), while sharing similar themes, greatly differ from each other in terms of plot, characters, and overall quality.

I am really glad you put Youjo Senki on this list. It really deserves praise and respect for its portrayal of war and unique perspective you just don't get with a lot of anime.
Alderman in the sky does deserve a spot in this list in my opinion. Your list, your way, but It has a tactical perspective you don't get a lot in good military anime.
