Every child knows that fruits a re good for you and vegetables are good for you and still they don’t do it. The advice I tell parents is to camouflage the food the moment you give them a fruit bowl to a child, then the battle will go on. Camouflage the food and make sure the fruit is added to the custard, to the pudding, cereals and it because like a daily routine, children reject food not because they have treated it, but because it is a concept, I don’t like it. If they taste it and they find it good, you may find it easier to feed them. Second, dress your food. A little lemon here and there, a little salt, a little pepper, give it as a side dish, in lot of children it helps. Try and have your fruits in a manner that it is your daily regimen. So there are specified times of the day to eat your fruits and the best is in the morning. So you can incorporate juice in the morning and in breakfast there is a compulsion that one fruit needs to be finished.
