Not working properly with 21 jeep wrangler and iPhone 14 pro max. Screen is garbled and frozen, I have updated firmware and still the same. Will be returning unless support fixes the issue

My setup moved super slow and data wasn't catching with the deck, It's not my phone or radio. The light never charged white it was green. I tried to update the unit and it never went into update mode on the unit. I driving a GMC 2020 Arcadia Denali with the latest version of GM infotainment version. My cell is a Revvl 4 (5007Z), Android 10 (Build: QP1A.190711.020) . What am I doing wrong? I cannot upgrade to Android 11 the phone won't allow. It connects then jumps out, and when it connect the responds time on the screen, painfully slow !

Just had to return mine, apparently my car usb port didnt provide sufficient power for the adapter.

My android auto resolution looks crappy. Rather have just saved over $150 and plugged into the USB cable. 😢
