Obviously, divorce is not a bad thing. You have the right to chose your partner and if he/she doesnot fit in your life, you should let his/her go from your life. Otherwise it will led to house violence.

It is less because all the divorce cases are in court n not yet granted n lawyers r busy making money.

Cause Indians doesn't consider divorce. They consider to keep fighting, adjusting, compromising and what not for Life long.

But here again I have an opinion. It is good thing if you have kids and you are trying to keep relationship going on (of course not in worst cases) as it affects kids.

So spend sufficient time with partner to understand if all is okay and they can move forward for extending family.

If things are not okay then divorce option must be open and society should see it as a good option.

Indian divorce rate should be AT LEAST 10%..
AND THE PROCESS SHOULD BE MADE EASY & QUICK.
IDK why our courts force couple to protect their toxic marriage at any cost.

Dekho westerns ka worst culture follow karna galat hae...aap apne parents ka dekh lo hamare bharat me aur even eastern culture me hi dikh jayega hum hamare companion partner ke sath jyada loyal hote hae.... Aap apke grandparents ko dekh lo kitne salo se sath me hae...agar aap khudke partner ko itne time se jaan nahi paye to kya kiya...westerns are only money minded and selfish are yaar unke grandparents bhi divorce lete hae kya bakawas hae...learn only good things from another countries.
