why just make apartments when you can put them in trees?? we got to build with the new for rent expansion pack that the sims 4 just released, and we FINALLY have functional multi-unit buildings!!! we wanted to give y’all a good range so we made a studio, one bedroom, and 2 bedroom tree house apartment complex for this build!

I have watched all the Sims builds that Caryn and Connie did and this is the first build that feels familiar to me. As someone from SEA it's the first time I felt like it is possible to see something like this if I go to our province to visit our family and that makes me feel happy. I'm definitely gonna take some inspiration.

So, I love the idea of you both having the same house and decorating it separately, but you’re right that a competition where you’re in different rooms doesn’t sound as fun! You could do a ‘pass it on’ style instead. You both start with a house, you have a time limit on each room, and when the time limit’s done, you SWITCH HOUSES. Now you have the other twin’s house, and you get to build on their ideas aand play together at the same time instead of competing against them. Plus, it doesn’t have to be a big secret, so you could be in the same room on opposite side like you did in that one makeover game I can’t remember the name of lol. If you want to work in a few more kinks (since you guys do have very similar decorating styles!!) you could do a wheel spin when you switch houses to add in challenges (ex: no plants in this room, you have to include two rugs, only 6 pieces of clutter, etc) to surprise the other person when they take over

i absolutely love how they’re slowly leaning into brown, green and red themes. i remember in the three floor 1 room challenge thing they mentioned they don’t like red and now i see red more and more in their videos which is awesome because i LOVE red. absolutely love this built!!
