Now imagine about the "real" hidden mansions and houses that aren't revealed to the world

The underground bathroom turning it into a house, is so amazingly smart and creative! Literally

Why did that guy get his castle torn down? Geez, that sucks! I can't imagine what he was feeling when he found out the city tore down his house.

Most people procrastinate because they're unsure. We over analyze because we're unsure. Just do it anyway. Time costs lives, Most times it amaze me greatly the way I moved from an average lifestyle to earning over $63k per month, utter shock is the word. I have understood a lot in the past few years to doubt that opportunities are bound in the financial markets, The only thing is to know where to focus.

It really takes a special person to go through the action of literally taring down someone's home all out of technicality. It's amazing how hard people in the given government fights that hard to make it happen as if it's personally hurting them. It's sad.

The one that was torn down was my favorite. That town was unnecessarily cruel to tear down his house after all that time. They could have fined him and left it alone.

That first one was the perfect example of the lunacy of government.

The first story got me very angry. We live in a world where you need a PERMISSION to build something on YOUR LAND. I hate politicians.

Barn conversions (legal ones!) have been happening in the UK for decades. They take standing, often centuries old barns, and turn them into beautiful homes. They're either old brick/stone or wood structures and usually need renovating on the outside to look as close as possible to the way it looked when in use, and people usually try to create everything inside to be sympathetic to the structure. They sell for eye-watering prices as a rule.

That first one where the guy built his house behind the hay stack. I can't believe they tore it down. Here in the USA you must get permits and zoning clearance to build a structure. Even if you want to add an addition to an existing house like a garage or extra bedroom. If you build this without the proper permits and the city finds out they will not make you tear it down. They will however fine you and require multiple inspection to be sure the structure is "up to code" and if it is you can keep it but you must pay for the permits (after the fact) and the fine. I can't imagine them tearing down an entire house. They should have offered the guy the chance to pay a fine and undergo inspections and if it passed then he keeps it.

The last house looks amazing. The fact that it's self-sufficient, away from everybody and sorta hidden from view sounds like my dream home.

I love the underwater 1s. That would be cool as hell to wake up to fish swimming outside your window. Imagine what it would be like at night

The "Pedy" in Coober Pedy is pronounced "Pee-dee". My parents live there, we temporarily lived there and my 10yo is currently on holidays with my parents there :D

That dwelling in the old public toilet looks nice, just a shame there aren't many public toilets any more.

Absolutely SICK what the government did to that man’s house! Sick! You know you’re living under a tyrannical government when they have the power to do that to someone. It’s absolutely disgusting! In a true and good world, the people who did that to him should be brought up on charges of harassment, vandalism, coercion and financial abuse. And then have their homes torn down.

I doubt the “this house is very well hidden so it doesn’t need security” approach would work anymore when all it needs is someone tagging it on a social media and the whole world will know where it is

The Mirror Cube has special "lines" on the reflective layer, which is invisible to humans, but birds can see/sense it, therefore they won't accidentally fly into it.

Cooper pedy is one of the largest opal mines . As they mine they move into the voids left behind to keep cools. Fantastic use of space.
