Can you believe it has been 5 months already?! The Dream Reef Tank is really starting to hit its strides and coral growth is taking off.

I'll give an overview of some of my favourite corals in the tank, some of the new fish additions and talk about some of the other infrastructure changes here at Parker's Reef!

Amazing to look back and see where the Red Monti Cap at 9:01 started from, to see it currently in your 30 month update.

I can't believe it's been 5 months. The tank looks great. I think all the biological filtration you have along with the lights and flow is making a big difference. Great job.

Another great video Sam. I really like that u didn’t turn the sand over so it all looked white & pristine for this video. U are keeping it real. Everything else is going gang busters!! Looking forward to future vid’s.

Amazing update. Things are getting heated up.. SPS are already getting there. Calcium reactor will increase the amount of growth with those lights.
Overall 10/10 score for your efforts.

Looking forward for the frag tank setup..
Great to see your dream coming to life.. 👍🏽🐠🐠🐠

Looking great. You must be a very conscientious person. I've been stuck trying to finish setting up my tank and I'm blown away at the amount of work that must be going on with all these changes, like with the removal of old tanks from the fish room. And Mrs Parker's Reef must be a Saint!😊

Unlucky on the WD Sam the tank looks great, Ive been struggling with a bacterial infection threw a carrier bag of sps out the other day all Stn. Icp test was great, Ive had no Alk spikes either. Using Andre Meullers witch hazel and prodibio digest treatment at the min see what happens. Loving the angel, superb pics.

You've probably seen this yourself but there are some interesting discussions happening on BRSTV at the moment around the difficulties Ryan is facing with his 360 project, particularly how having a tank that is too sterile struggles to find an equilibrium. To be honest, I think given you've cycled this tank with media that's had a chance to seed in a mature tank and you've been liberal with populating the tank with fish and coral early, I'm not surprised you're already finding success with SPS. I think the concept of "tank maturity" has a lot of room to move in our understanding, but I think the fact you've given the tank so much life provides a "mature" biotope and the life within it is finding it easy to find success.

Have you ever thought of changing out the carpet in your fish room? Tank looks great! Can't wait to see the Cade go up.

Tank looks great! Really can't wait to get a large tank myself one day. I think I've reached my fish cap for my 50 gallon DT (might squeeze one or two more if I find something I really have to have), still have some room for corals though and at a little over 2.5 months, I'm thinking about grabbing a couple SPS frags as well to give them a shot. Been adding/buying something every week since I got it cycled and finding it so enjoyable and addictive!

Hey Sam can you by chance if you haven’t made one yet, do a video of what order of fishes you recommend adding in?
