Should you play ++ roles if you have them?

Son plays ++AF and doesn't have a poacher role. I'm inclined to just put him in his natural role. Also, I have ++ ball playing defenders, but does that mean they move up the pitch instead of parking the bus?

Does chemistry matter this year as much? I find it hard to get it 33 chem with all the players i want. 28 is the best i can do with my most meta players

Someone please tell me why my gameplay is slow as shit and all my players feel like there stuck in the mud while my opposition looks like there on ice skates skilling with ease. On a 2k pc wi decent internet. Game shouldn't feel this bad surely.

Only good if you have 5 mill to get the team for this, tested this out and it’s awful for a casual team, good for defending but going forward awful
