with just one resistor is fine, but you could try to run some constant current circuit very simple, just two resistors and two TO220 components... check the TLV431, you could try to run all 3 leds at 150mA to make them last longer... that way, you can keep it balanced and independent from heat varaiting voltage drop over the leds...

All those chips are wired into a parallel circuit, with only one resistor to regulate current. One of the three chips will fail as they are not getting equal current.

What about the heat of the LEDs? They wont last long like that

how about if i use 4 or 5 leds, still can use 300ohm resistor for it ?

just fill the bulb with mineral oil, baby oil etc, seal every hole and your heat transfer is solved
