In a bid to be more eco-friendly, cutting down on single-use plastic and getting into a stricter recycling routine is on many of our lists. While recycling sounds like a simple solution, it is actually not. Plastic recycling has proven to be ineffective and unsustainable.

We need a #PlasticsTreaty that will include the entire life cycle of plastic and will focus on reducing the use of plastic, Otherwise, the impact of plastic on climate, environmental justice, and human health will not be addressed.
