I have the Samsung Galaxy note 8.0 GT-N5110 and I watched the guy video on how to do a soft reset and a hard reset by holding the power button and the volume up button but I did as he said and it didn’t work on my tablet because when you plug it in it pops up and it shows the green thing and it says no command but the way he showed it in the video it didn’t work at all and I can’t even get to the main screen at all because that’s the only thing it will say. So if you can tell me what else to do because I have stuff I wrote down that I really don’t want to rewrite all of that down but I will if I have to. So please if you can help me with other ways to get it not to say that because one day it was working my tablet and one day we plugged it in and that’s what it shows up every time you plug it in.
