Evanston is literally zero miles from Chicago as it borders the city. It's closer to the Loop then some actual Chicago neighborhoods.

I love Downtown Evanston. I would bike ride on the Green Bay bike trail from Winnetka. I miss the North Shore suburbs.

Explain how actively its expensive and natives are moving out. Educated and making decent income still is a barrier to being able to live in Evanston. A good amount of people had to move.

Maybe raise more taxes and use other peoples money to pay for more votes, I mean reparations. Hasn’t welfare already done that?
