I feel like I should point out that typically when you want to compare CPUs, you don't make the GPU the bottleneck by maxing out graphics settings. You run a standard resolution at low-medium settings with an uncapped framerate so that the CPU is the first to be bottlenecked while the GPU itself is chilling out, not being the focus of attention.

Not sure if you read comments, but considering the sheer amount of videos you push out with comparisons, it'd be nice to do things the right way. It may also benefit you to sort out the framerates by 0.1% lows from the average/minimum counters, as those could make both counter take a significant dip for hitches that are probably not the hardware's fault.

While the 7600 X3D outperforms the 9700X in gaming, I feel better with the 9700X. I don't just game on my PC. I use it to stream and browse the web most of the time. And the gains in comparison for gaming doesn't feel worth it compared to the drop in performance for everyday multitasking and work on files.

Plus, won't the Zen 5 be supported for longer and still just newly released? Shouldn't driver updates help improve performance for the 9700X?

An important missing detail is power consumption. Although both CPUs are already quite efficient and rated 65W, the 7600X3D still consumes way less power - at least in games. The 9700x can draw up to 105W.

would have been nice to also see other performance stats like 1% lows and 0.1% lows maybe also cpu and power usage
