I had a student ask a good question about induction. He asked so you can price anything is true by induction because you assume it is true. He got this idea because every problem we looked at was true. I had to give an example that is not true to clear up his misunderstanding.

@ 23:22 he talks about multiplying the "entire equation by y" but I only see him multiply the left side by y and leaving the right side alone. What am I missing?
