Can't call it an echo, when he's literally a product of the Soviet State.
He's not the echo, he's the one who screamed all along.

It just means he's backed into a corner and desperate, he's resorting to the same tactics rocketman uses.

It's exactly the same. Russia has always been like this.

I really feel one of the only ways for Russia as a country to save face is to take out Putin.

We need to put a stop to this.
This has already gone to far Putin has crossed the line.

This is a hostage situation. At some point we will have to go from defense to Offence.

Putin would rather annihilate humanity in a nuclear holocaust than admit he is wrong. I hope the Russian high command is paying attention.

They have crossed the line. Withdraw and then let's go back to the main three points I've made from early on...
In case anyone is wondering what the ultimate outcome should be on the “autocratic maniacal and heartless oppressor” and those who support him (not the Russian People), the ultimate outcome or what needs to happen is:
1. this misleader not be recognized by any world leader (those who do, need to be noted and remembered for this) and that he is to be held personally accountable and responsible for every life lost (both Russian and Ukrainian).
2. reparations be exacted upon him and those who support him (this holds until such time as every penny has been paid) for every building and other physical structures that he has damaged or destroyed
3. that no world leader communicate with him for any other purpose than to make right what he has made wrong. (as I said a day or two ago, if he can not pay, hand him a broom and let him personally sweep up the rubble of every city [this goes for Chechnya, Syria, etc.] that he has destroyed in view of its citizens to exact upon him the humiliation and shame that he deserves—if in this process he comes to recognize the harm that he has done and the lives that he has destroyed, then let’s talk about forgiveness)…
In the end it is not about cost of money but justice.

Putin will see anything as a threat, yes, take the initiative, get them help!

If UN Refugee assistance (tents, food, medical supplies) were sent by ship to Odessa, would it be allowed peaceful access? The Black Sea isn't Putin's private property - it's international waters. Odessa harbor is in Ukranian waters.

Putin always makes threats. Get the military equipment to Ukraine in private not "public" and rescue the civilians.

Putins just using the playbook he was trained with back in kgb times.

The Ceasar Option looks better and better. Someday we will have to go toe to toe with Russia as long as Putin is in power.

for a lot of citizens they said "well, russia just invaded ukraine militarily, surely if you want to stand for ukrainians the response has to be -- military"

Well, actually we have more and better tools than that now. The power we have, that we have built up over the past 75 years of unprecedented peace and stability around the world --means that we have the tools to damage the Putin regime far more effectively than we ever could with tanks and missiles.

That they chose to overturn 75 years of rules based order-- of peace --and by insuring that they do not benefit from the growth and prosperity that those 75 years of peace and stability has given the world --

is one of the best ways to make sure that they lose. And that is exactly what we are doing.
