Honestly they reacted how I did when first seeing the forms. I didn’t watch the movie and everyone around me spoiled it for me, but I just laughed. I then was told that the forms were ON PAR OR EVEN STRONGER THAN current Goku and Vegeta. So I asked “How did they get these forms? Surely they must’ve done some intense training to surpass Godly forms.” Nope, Piccolo wished for his hidden potential to be unlocked and Gohan got a little angry. That’s it. That’s the secret to catching up with training with gods.
