I'm not into putting glitter on my roots, but what I like doing is mixing loose glitter with either water, hairspray, or shine spray and spraying it all through my hair for hints of glitter

This reminds me of the the look Tasha Leelyn created on her channel last month o.O She has pink hair as well. Though she explains not to use that much... she only used a heavy amount to have it stand out for the purpose of the tutorial
