Using a few easy-to-get materials:
Hair Gel
Sectioning tool/comb
Loose glitter pigments (I used Martha Stewart crafting glitter from Michael's crafting store)
And if you want some extra umph, put some sexy waves into that sexy head of hair with your preferred wand or curling iron :)
