I honestly don't get why people think it's okay to call someone else's artstyle problematic just from the way it looks, back when I was on tiktok (before i deleted it) and when i was still pretty new to drawing, my artstyle was constantly being called "proshipper artstyle" in almost every single post i made related to drawing/ art

I used to CONSTANTLY be told I have a "proshipper" art style SOLELY because I was a beginner anime art style. The old account I am currently using for this comment has a video titled "ITS MY that used to have so many "proshipper art style comments" that I have now deleted. Almost all old videos with my art on this account have now been deleted because I couldn't deal with LITERALLY BEING BULLIED just for the way I drew!

Tbh this is why I use Pinterest to upload my artworks. The people on Pinterest are sweethearts, and no one disses each other for having a unique artstyle!! And as someone who is a minor, who posts cute and wholesome artworks, it breaks my heart to know that my artwork, the things that I enjoy drawing, would get me called out as a pedo :(((….
