Explained: Shrinkflation

We’ve all heard about how much inflation has increased the prices of our consumer products over the past year.

But producers often use a sneaky way to disguise that inflation: SHRINKFLATION. This simply means that the amount of product in a package gets smaller (shrinks), but the prices remain the same.

Here is a list of 15 products guilty of shrinkflation in 2021.
