Moto g04 and g04s is very good at 6, 999 price range, purchased g04s for my nani ji recently and it is worth the money ✌️. It has Punch Hole, Ufs 2.2, 5k mah battery, Decent camera, Good display, Good performance for day to day tasks! Very good phone for this price range!

I got my father a Realme Narzo 50i Prime in September'22 for Rs.6635, it's a 4/64gb variant with a Unisoc T612 chipset and I have to tell you my father constantly talks on his phone, uses YouTube and Facebook all day but I have never seen any lags and it runs super smooth and to this day it receives security updates. In front of that phone this Redmi phone looks really dull. I don't know why brands are degrading their phones in every price category.

My mom has Redmi A1, it is very laggy due to ancient Helio A22 chipset and it is stuck on A12 with no update to A13. It also has ghost touch issue where apps open by itself randomly and also sometimes the phone does not register any touches and cannot even restart. I would suggest Moto over Redmi in budget for much more stable software experience
