The cetaphil gentle skin cleanser is for dry, extremely dry, sensitive and acne prone skin. Whilst the cetaphil oily skin cleanser is for Oily, acne prone skin, combination skin and sensitive skin. Yes, both of the cleansers are mild and gentle and are also for senstive skin. It depends if you have (oily) sensitive skin or (dry) sensitive skin.

yea cetaphil that she used gave me very bad acne... took me one whole years to recover.

I think her problem is not getting enough foam while applying. The hack to that is take a few drops of water, pat it on your skin then with dry hands take 4-5 drops of the cleanser and rub it on your face👍🏻

What i do after doing massage with Cetaphil cleaner on my face .
1)wash my face with water
OR
2) use towel to remove the dirt

Thats so true. It was my favourite in the year 2022, but later they changed something in it which led to itching on my sensetive skin. Then i shifted to episoft cleanser, and its like the best

Yes true my skin type is combination and when I used Cetaphil cleanser oily to combination I got small bumps then I use gentle cleanser that also not suited my skin .... Cetaphil is not for me because didn't tolerate fragrance in any skin products, that Cetaphil products having mild fragrance but something like in babies products so that fragrance irritated my skin and appear small bumps on my face which itchy by using that both oily to combination and gentle also Cetaphil cleanser so I quit both of them
