💯 I once did a 10 day Vision Quest. Towards the end I had a revelation that I have been absolutely supported ALL of the time. Through all of my struggles, doubts, distractions, etc., something/someone has been supporting and guiding me. Our Higher Self leans directly against G*d. We, as humans, have direct connection to Source/Pure Consciousness/Eternity. “We are made in the image and likeness of G*d.” Most people think this means G*d has a torso, two arms, two legs, and a head. But that is the wrong perspective. What this is actually saying is that we are Pure Spirit. The Creation and everything in it could only be made from G*d substance. There is nothing else to make Creation from. If we don’t see Creation filled with all of the Spiritual Qualities (compassion, bliss, peace, reverence, joy, et al.) that says that we are entrenched in a rigid belief system that disallows Truth. But, because our core is Divine Essence, we absolutely will find our way Home. 🙏❤️🔥

To approach the Higher Self, I would approach it as follows. I (we all) came in as pure liquid love, fully open but unconscious of this. Then we got programmed, more or less negatively and started to form concepts, beliefs, strategies. We started to believe we are not good enough because mom and dad were being nasty. We felt betrayed, rejected, abandoned, mistreated. From this, we built our persona further. I would think that we came in fully aware what we got ourselves into (even though Tibetan Buddhism teaches that, as long we aren't realized, we just get sucked in unconsciously over and over again). Then we go on the spiritual path. We learn to understand that what the child started to believe, is in fact not the truth. Our parents only did what they we able to given their own circumstances, and it was not out fault, we were not wrong. So we teach this to the child in us, forgive everything, ourselves and we start healing and remembering the pure love that we are.

Your Higher Self is your Soul. Each Soul is a piece of The Creator projected down into this lower dimension, which is why Souls are immortal. All Souls join together at the highest dimension into The Creator Consciousness. We don't need to 'evolve' to 'ascend', we need to wake up and remember we are from the higher dimensions. Awakening involves detoxing because we are poisoned and brainwashed from birth by the soulless energy parasites who created this matrix to steal Soul energy from us to artificially extend their existence.

Heavy metal detox with raw apple cider vinegar, spirulina, chlorella, and sound baths with quartz singing bowls to decalcify my pineal gland (they put fluoride in our water and toothpaste to deactivate our pineal) worked for me, but different modes work for different people; listen to the direction of your soul.
