Russian President Putin Orders Withdrawal of Russian Troops From Syria

Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Monday he was ordering Russian forces to begin withdrawing from Syria. Putin speaking at a meeting with his military leaders said Russian military forces in Syria had largely fulfilled their objectives. While Putin signaled he would maintain a military presence, he offered no deadline for the complete withdrawal of troops.
