Especially the mk4 of vit k2, that form can only access the salvirary glands. If supplement vit k2 mk7 the body still has to process it down to k2 mk4. Thorne k2 mk4 drops dissolved alot of tartar for me

I tried some 5% nano hydroxyapatite tooth tablets which contain xylitol and baking soda because my teeth were so painful after taking such good care of them by flossing, chewing xylitol and using synsodyn etc. I do have some small cavities that my dentist is monitoring and I'm try to reverse. After just one tablet my teeth felt so much better. The pain was gone. It's been just two days now. I really feel like I'm doing something good for my teeth by chewing them after meals. It's made my teeth super clean and smooth as well.

Also chat gpt said ot could be possible to make a toothpaste combining nano ha, and controlled release (infrared activated) molecules that control the release of ha to allow for organized release to allow it to build external enamel layers

This is a very interesting video, but my comment is, Why brush your teeth? I've eaten the carnivore way for nearly two years. About a year ago, I noticed that I never had morning breath (my wife confirmed), never had a white coated tongue, no longer had gum disease, and no longer had scummy-feeling teeth. They were silky smooth all the time. So I stopped, haven't brushed since. I do floss twice a day to get the meat shreds out from between my teeth, but that's it. And a significant layer of calculus has built up behind my lower front teeth, but from what I've seen, this is not deleterious in a carnivore. Everything has stayed the same now for the past year, and I've eliminated another unnecessary product from my life. I'm 75 and going stronger/healthier than ever eating the carnivore way.

So the Novamin brand would be a close second to getting healthier teeth, correct?

I bought the true European Novamin off Amazon and got it from Greece. The stuff they are shilling as Novamin with hydroxipate in the toothpaste is not the same from the India warehouse and they always have that as the recommended toothpaste when searching for the brand that has the correct filament inside of it. So be careful when trying to find the correct brand. It looks identical to the Novamin brand that is illegal in the USA.

I’m a little sad that he doesn’t even mention the brand name he uses for himself when he tells us to choose the correct brand of toothpaste for ourselves.
