I Need a Break

Hey guys, I will be taking a hiatus from making videos for about a MONTH (everybody panic!) and will be returning on October 23rd. The reason for this break is that I'm not happy with the videos that I'm currently making. At this point in my YouTube '"career" I should only be making videos that I'm truly proud of and excited about as opposed to videos that I feel obligated to make.

But worry not, because I'm more excited than ever to be working on videos and I have a pretty decent plan as outlined in the video. Charity livestream is still on the 30th of this month and the big project will be released on Friday the 13th of October. And of course we are still touring which should be SO much fun!

Hey gang! All the info you need is obviously in the video but just wanted to say here as well how much I appreciate you guys being here. It means the world to me to even have the chance to try to step back and better myself and my content. You're solid people, stay hard as rocks you solidified peeps. So solid. So hard.

All I can say Mark is that I am truly amazed. Why? Because you have the drive and will to tell everyone that you need to take a break and step back to improve even more than you already have. You should go to bed with a smile everyday knowing that what you do is something that we can remember.
Because in the end of the day it's not really the videos that you make that makes us happy.
It's you.
For us knowing that you care and work hard for us just to be able to put a smile on our faces.
Doing something that makes you happy and sharing those moments with us to make us laugh is what people remember you.
So no mater what you do, if you play an amazing game or just baking a pizza with a friend.
As long as you are happy, we are happy. :)

Wow. This was posted only about 2 weeks ago and about 2 million people or so have unsubscribed to the channel. I’m pretty sure other people have noticed it too. I totally get it, Mark. Been a fan for years and as an aspiring artist I definitely know how it feels to not be proud of your work and to be disappointed in yourself for not getting the overall product you were shooting for. Quality over quantity. I know this is random, especially on a non music related video. But as a YouTuber who hopes to be able to make videos for a living one day like this beautiful man, I'd genuinely appreciate it if anyone could lend five minutes to my song "Shea Karol" I made for my nephew who passed away before he was born.
