I would change the feet and inside ears to satin. So many babies love the feel of satin.

I’m so happy you ran into that problem where you weren’t able to backstitch. I’m new at sewing and I ran into the same problem with my Brother sewing machine and I became so frustrated and thought my machine was broken 😂. Thank you so much for sharing that info with us. You are an awesome educator. Your tips are very appreciated. Thanks again, Teresa. I’m a happier person now and more so now that I now don’t have to slam my sewing machine against the wall😂.

Would you advise pre washing the fabric to “ size” it so it doesn’t shrink when the lovey is laundered?

Teresa, I have a question. If you don’t close up the bottom of the head won’t the stuffing fall out eventually with washing, just curious about your thoughts. I’m making 2 of these for my granddaughter’s. Thank you for your help.
