It's impossible to decrease use of mobile or screen time even after 8.Because of everyone's work schedule, etc

I like the dark filter…and that eye protection mode cuz I like it…oooh and I do have those glasses too 😃 Got them during the online classes era when I couldn’t sit in front of the laptop cuz I couldn’t (I got headaches- like really. Really bad headaches).

1. Dont keep a bright wallpaper (phone or laptop), rather choose a plain dark wallpaper.

2. When indoors, reduce screen brightness.

3. Dont turn on all the lights at home, position the lights in such that you only see the lighting & not the lights directly.

Dr Pal, Please speak something on PICA, I have been craving clay pot recently and have been consuming it everyday in small pieces. Will this affect my gut health.

I have put my phone on Dark mode all time..And brightness is less..I put phone on one hand at distance and use blue lens glasses sometimes. And splash water 2-3 in day. My eyes are in good condition. No problem at all.

I am confused. Ophthalmologist said that Blue lense glasses are useless. Because Main source of Blue light is Sun. Only 18-22% blue light comes from phone screen.

Now In this reel They are suggesting Blue light Lenses.

What to do????
