What is a Parcel? Essentially, it is a simple closed boundary representing the extents of a physical lot within a drawing space. A parcel could also represent rivers, contaminated areas or soil regions - anything with a closed boundary.

Parcels can be a great way to show clients information about a lot in a quick and concise manor. Understandably however, parcel creation and drafting can be a time consuming and exhausting exercise.
