When selecting a point of beginning for the computation of the parcel, it is not necessary to use a snap to select the point, you simply need to click near the end of the line or curve you wish to start at.

Great video. During the mapcheck analysis, if box "Enable mapcheck across chord" is checked, would this only give the area calculation to the chord and not to the arc?
