EASY Blends In Seconds! | Feathering explained in 5 minutes

Показать описание
Feathering is a miniature painting technique that serves as a great foundation for additional blending. If you want to achieve some degree of smoothness on your warhammer miniatures while not wasting too much time, this tutorial is for you!
I feel like everyone is using feathering to some extent, even if they are not aware of it. You can feather a basecoat, layer and even a glaze - it's always the same thing. You just apply the layer on a miniature and spread it by pulling it. The number one factor is the consistency of the paint and the second most important factor are good brushes. As I mention in my tutorial, you can also use some flow improver so the paint stays wet and usable for longer. Let me know in the comments if you have any questions!
The painted plague marine is from Warhammer 40k Dark Imperium box set - the starter before Indomitus
