Thanks so much for making this video and including extra step to repeat the process more quickly at 10:17 . I followed the tutorial exactly with the same values on the sliders but with my own image so it didn't give me results I wanted. So I went back over my image with more tweaked settings and I'm loving the results. I went less harshly on the fully blacked out spots to get more soft grey spots instead with Levels layer. I also only applied the Oil Filter once but at max 10 settings. It was simple to follow and I retained the info to keep making more stuff with this method.
