#DidYouKnow: The speed of sound is around 767 miles per hour (1, 230 kilometres per hour). The loud noise you create by cracking a whip occurs because the tip is moving so fast it breaks the speed of sound!

I love this channel as it explains very well and clear the concepts in an amazing manner but the problem I go through is searching for the next correct video which is meant to be watched after the one which I am watching, as this channel explains a chapter in the videos which are the subparts of the chapter... So this must have a solution.. Otherwise I would say that it's the best channel for me I have ever seen.. 😍😍
Love it's way of explaining ♥️

If we sing a song in sweet voice through a speaker it will do compression and rarefaction or it will work in medium

Sound travels through a medium by creating disturbances that cause compression and rarefaction of particles in the medium.

[00:00] Sound travels through a medium by setting the particles of the medium into vibration.

[00:33] Sound travels through a medium by displacing particles and causing them to collide with adjacent particles.

[01:04] Sound waves are disturbances produced by a source traveling in a medium.

[01:35] The tuning fork produces sound through vibrations

[02:05] Sound is created by compressing and decompressing air particles.

[02:35] Motion of 155.19 - 160.41 creates a low pressure region and disturbances.

[03:08] Sound waves travel in the form of compressions and rarefactions.

[03:41] A mechanical wave requires a material medium to travel.

Detailed Summary for [Propagation of Sound | Don't Memorise]

[00:00] Sound travels through a medium by setting the particles of the medium into vibration.
- Sound requires a medium for propagation.
- The vibrations of an object cause the particles of the medium to vibrate.

[00:33] Sound travels through a medium by displacing particles and causing them to collide with adjacent particles.
- Particles near the source get displaced.
- Collisions between particles cause adjacent particles to also get displaced.
- This process continues until the sound reaches its destination.

[01:04] Sound waves are disturbances produced by a source traveling in a medium.
- The particles of the medium do not travel from the source to the human ear, they merely oscillate from their mean positions.
- The disturbance created by the vibrating object in the medium is what we call a sound wave.
- The appearance of this disturbance can be studied with the help of a tuning fork.

[01:35] The tuning fork produces sound through vibrations
- The tuning fork is made up of steel
- The prongs of the tuning fork vibrate to produce sound

[02:05] Sound is created by compressing and decompressing air particles.
- When an object is away from its mean position, it pushes and compresses the air particles around it.
- This compression creates a high pressure region known as compression.
- The compression travels through the medium as a disturbance, with high density and particles close to each other.
- When the object moves towards its mean position, the pressure on the right side decreases continuously.

[02:35] Motion of 155.19 - 160.41 creates a low pressure region and disturbances.
- Vera faction is observed at 160.41 - 166.41.
- Compression and rarefaction travel as disturbances in the medium.
- Disturbances are characterized by less density of particles and vibrations.

[03:08] Sound waves travel in the form of compressions and rarefactions.
- Different sources of sound generate sound waves in the same way.
- The sound waves are also known as mechanical waves.

[03:41] A mechanical wave requires a material medium to travel.
- Sound waves also require a medium to travel.
- Vacuum cannot support the travel of sound waves.
