This video addresses in detail the sort of road I ride in NorCal - thanks.

the straight line thing is one of the most useful tips ever

This is the best video you have done. This really is for advanced riders coz as you mentioned multiple times it’s most relevant at pace. Took me years to figure this out on my own as a road only rider (no track)

This is good advice for being efficient and fast. Though I find it more fun to exaggerate every single turn and lean on each turn instead of cutting through the middle (at a moderate pace, I'm not racing on the street)

the first part in general is true but it depends on if there is a straight after the last corner. the corner before a straight is the most important exit on the whole lap. in corners you can hold people up but in a straight if you get a bad exit you are getting passed easily. for this reason you might go off a perfect line on the last corner so you can accelerate better. it would be more of a late entrance to make the straight longer.

except for pro racing, this is why i consider driving checkers and riding chess.

always gotta be thinking ahead!

what I also love is that the more we learn, the more we realize extreme leaning of the bike is only done because it's really needed. Through the looking glass, we all want to do it because it's the most unique part of riding in comparison to driving but the more we get learn, the more we realize how little lean you really want to be doing whenever possible.

Something like that lol

While trail braking, do I need to release full throttle? Can you maybe make a video about trailbraking and throttle use?

Well... I sometimes take the most inefficient and slowest line just to have fun. 😅 Leaning is fun

Does this technique applies when you’re riding stager?

I have screwed this up so many times. LMAO! Merry Christmas everyone.

Why don't you stay in lane position instead of cutting corners since you're not racing.

You can t drive like that on roads, only on tracks

Please show the lanes …. This looks like the whole road

Single lane on a road is too narrow for any technique it will be useful only when using the whole width on the track.
