Ingredients:
For the meatballs:
-350grms minced beef
-2tbsp breadcrumbs
-1 bunch coriander leaves
-2 garlic cloves
-1/2tsp chilli flakes(optional)
-1egg
-1/2tsp salt
-1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper

For the sauce:
-1 medium onion chopped
-1tsp garlic, minced or grated
-1tsp ginger, minced or grated
-2 large tomatoes, blended
-1 cup cooking cream
-1/2 cup water
-1tsp cumin powder
-1tsp coriander powder
-1/4tsp turmeric powder
-1/2tsp salt or more to taste
-Fresh coriander leaves to garnish
