The Washington State Patrol is investigating multiple shootings on I-5 on Monday night.

If Taylor winkle thinks this is road rage, she has no business being a reporter. A Volvo from California chasing people up I-5 shooting and then doing it again a couple hours later. Her report makes it sound like "normal people" are being shot. Hint... this isn't random and it's about drugs/gangs/crime.
