I have been seen a few times drivers have been passing on Red light

Its because they are not cracking down on people driving wrecklessly.
People racing and driving over 100 mph and no police are cracking down.
The police need to pull people over physically and ticket them not take pictures with a camera because a lot of the offending drivers have ghost plates no licenses or stolen cars

A suggestion is put the perpetrators behind bars and KEEP THEM BEHIND BARS don’t release the crooks within 48 hours.
