My friend is still to fill his 260.
Due to so critical situation, he didn't have the finances to process his passport and from the look of things, that would be possible by next month. Are there chances for him to get his interviewed in October when he fills his 260 form as soon as his passport is issued this September?
His case number is below AF 3300.

But I have a B1B2 visa, and I have had a job interview in the USA, and they agreed to make me there. What type of processing could be followed to work there before the green and interview? I have submitted DS260.
