Fully agree, I suffer from Mental Health Issues for 4 1/2 years now and I have a cattle dog for 4 years. He does more for me than anyone else, is always by my side, protects me, comforts me, cuddles with me or licks my face when I cry, there is no-one better to help. I love him so much. His name is Joshua and he is now 4yrs and 4mths and a Blue Heeler.

i can confirm that dogs are a humans best friend, i owe a lot of my mental recovery to our family dog who always sat by side when no else would and i felt defeated . And now nearly 12 years later the same dog that helped me i still alive (they are nearly 17 years old and are still safe and healthy :)
I recently got engaged and my fiancee.
And now i looking back if it weren't for our family dog i realize in a sense i might not be here and for that i owe a lot to the doggo!.
i hope this was a bit of brightness for someone to read during these dark times.
so stay stay strong and be yourself!.
