RBI Governor's message on Digital Payments

Hello RBI and governor, Im a RBI aspirant and im doing pretty well (above 7 cgpa) in all semesters. Im working my A$$ off to become a rbi grade b officer but the problem is, I scored 57% in 12th and for me the eligibility is 60%.
Sir like WTF? Im doing well in rbi mock exams online as well and my dreams are shattered only because I couldn't score 60% in 12th grade.

Exchange happening likes all items external and internal usages, they can't people Stop it, it's not also possible, So all over people before having hand washing must, then why have to don't use currency, transaction ( cash ). And if somebody done by mistake wrong transaction or miss use by digital payment through then where have complaint and will get back our money in this lockdown period ???

Sir Please hear me out, I was not at all hard working in my 12th grade and I was immature to realise how important marks are, Now that im doing bsc cs from MU, I know how important marks are and im preparing really hard but just because of 12 marks (General requirements) I cannot become a RBI officer.

Sir My request is please reconsider eligibility criteria, Kindly remove 60% requirement from 12th std, You can keep 60% aggregate in graduation thats fine but sir please remove 60% marks from 12th grade to be eligible.

Sir I will graduate by 2021 and despite the face that I need 60% in 12th, I will still prepare for upcoming rbi exam. Please sir hopefully you can review what I mentioned.

I have only three thousand rupees in my nationlized bank sb account when i went to the withdraw the same. The bank official told me that as per rule i will have to keep one thousand as minimum balance and denied to give me full amount. Due to present condition one thousand is worth for me because at present i do not have any source of income. So i request you to relax the rule for time being.

It's very easy to say about digital money , but you never speak about digital fraud.
I am a victim of that, but no action or no one has responded on it because I don't have any friends or relatives in media.
I am a small and normal citizen here , but very bad on indian government
