Can we host the model somewhere in this architecture for inference?

Very interesting. However I am a little unclear on billing.
What I would like to see is a cloud service using prepaid credits. So if you do something stupid such as spin up far too many resources, or get confused and fail to shut down resources properly, then they will be shut down for you, so you cannot exceed a certain bill. It seems to me that a risk with using cloud services is receiving a very unpleasant billing surprise.
