I simply love olives. There’s so many ways to serve them. One of my favorites is the “supper dish”! It contains wide noodles, lots of American cheese and sliced green olives with pimentos as the main ingredients! Absolutely delicious! Used to be able to get mozzerella balls here in the UK. Not for years though. I miss them. Used to make mozzerella / tomato / garlic / basil pasta all the time. Five times a week. Not for a long time. It's not the same buying a big piece and cutting it up.
