You can eat bulgogi so many different ways. The potato starch noodle is optional, you don't have to use it at all. You can cook it over the pan and eat it with white rice and make sure to put some of that cooked bulgogi juice over the rice. You can grill it and make a sandwich inside a baguette with some pickled veggies, however you like it.

178g Korean Pear ( or Asian Pear )
133g Fuji Apple
15g Ginger
1 1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1tbsp Minced Garlic
1tsp Salt
2tsp Black Pepper
3tbsp Sugar

Green Onion
White Onion
King Oyster Mushroom (optional)
Potato Starch Noodles (optional)
1.70lb Ribeye roll thinly sliced
