As of now, the hospitality industry is top when we talk about business and still developing. By that competitors where everywhere and that is why a great marketing is needed. When we say marketing it is about understanding and addressing customers' needs and desires which not only benefits customers but also the society at large. Which means it's role is to help an organizations succeed in such an industry that is why hospitality marketing is developed. Hospitality marketing is a marketing efforts directed towards the increase of revenue in the hospitality industry. And the speaker of this video talks about the basic marketing in hospitality industry with some possible trends that are going big in this year. She says that when thinking hospitality content we should know that it has to do with the lifestyle, considering those couple of elements that she have been mention. She also mentions two possible trends, the "green stays" and "content marketing", in which a hotel must stay friendly with the environment and stay conscious with it. And in if you want to attract customer, great video and photography would be really a big help. Wow. This is a great! Thank you for sharing this Hospitality Basic Marketing and Communication. It is very helpful to me as a BSHM student it can be added to my knowledge about marketing strategy in a hotel and the way how to deal the guest. Now I know that we should make marketing strategy that will trend and new point of view of the audience and to provide the best hotel that they never expect and hotels aim for customer a comfortable property and good ambiance during their stay and not just that marketing strategy can help to boost the profit but also the help of communication campaign and social media and of course with a great content marketing .
