As I love and admire Mr Hawkins and Mr Grohl it's very mixed emotions. On the one hand I love for the Foo Fighters to live on. One the other hand I can't imagine how Shane's mother would feel at this point. I'm not sure exactly sure what I want to say, except please help Shane to stay healthy and sane in an industry he so much seem to love. Shane, you're as good potentially better that your dad.
I'm just going on 60 years, so I want to tell Shane (the same age as i couple of my sons): Keep your dreams alive, but just so much that they don't take your life away. I'll be a watching eye over you.
