I love the look of what the house looks like currently! Adding a wrap around porch looses that feel and it’s not appropriate for the age of the building structure. I like watching all your steps. My 1830s house took a long time. And we lived in it at the same time!

It's all looking so good Jimmy! For the weird dead-end hallway, I think I would take advantage of the window there for the natural lighting and kind of make it a reading nook. A built-in book shelf and a comfy chair would be all that it needs.

I love those pine floorboards. It would be neat to try to sand and save them. I'm a builder and everything that is going on there is what I would do.
